Terms of Service

Effective September 22, 2026

These Terms govern access to and use of Kent. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

1. Using Kent

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan or using Kent, you agree to these Terms. You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.

2. Service

Kent provides AI-assisted public relations and marketing workflows, including planning, analysis and content-development tools. Features may change as the service develops.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew according to the billing interval shown at checkout until cancelled. You may cancel before the next renewal through the available billing controls or by contacting support. Except where required by applicable law, amounts already paid are non-refundable.

4. Founding Customer offer

The Founding Customer Onboarding Package is limited to the first three annual customers who sign by September 30, 2026, subject to availability confirmed by Kent. It includes one 60-minute working session, guided brand-profile setup and hands-on development of one eligible first deliverable.

5. Customer content

You retain ownership of the briefs, company information and other content you submit. You give Kent permission to process that content only as needed to provide, maintain and improve the service. Do not submit content you are not authorized to use.

6. AI-assisted output

Kent supports professional judgment; it does not replace it. You are responsible for reviewing facts, claims, quotations, rights, confidentiality and suitability before publishing or distributing any output.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use Kent to break the law, infringe another party’s rights, distribute malicious content, gain unauthorized access, interfere with the service or misrepresent AI-generated material as independently verified.

8. Kent materials

Kent and its software, workflows, interface, branding and underlying materials remain the property of Kent and its licensors. Your subscription gives you a limited, non-transferable right to use the service during your active plan or trial.

9. Availability and warranties

Kent is provided on an as-available basis. We work to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, particular media coverage, publication, campaign performance or business results.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kent is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Kent’s aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the service changes. Material updates will be posted with a revised effective date. Questions may be sent to kellend@kent.agency.

Review these Terms periodically. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
